    Marcellus Alexander, Jr. - National Association of Broadcasters (NAB)

Marcellus is the executive vice president of NAB Television as well as the president of the NAB Education Foundation (NABEF). His responsibilities include bringing an operators’ perspective to discussions regarding legislation and regulation impacting the television industry. Prior to joining NAB, he was station manager and acting general manager of KYW-TV Philadelphia from 1987-89 and VP/GM from 1999-2002. While at KYW, Marcellus improved the station’s news product, revitalized sales and strengthened its ties to the community. Before joining KYW, Marcellus was VP/GM of WJZ-TV Baltimore. Under his direction, WJZ expanded its local news, brought back Baltimore Orioles broadcasts after a two-decade absence, and through a network affiliation change, maintained its market dominance.

    Clinton Coleman - Morgan State University

Mr. Coleman is the director of public relations and communications at Morgan State University, a position he has held since September of 2001. In his current capacity, Clint is involved in a number of aspects of the life of the University. He manages media and public relations, Clint was appointed by President Clinton in 2000 to serve as public affairs director of the largest division in the U. S. Department of Labor, where he served until moving to the UNCF as its Director of Media Relations.

    Neil R. Davis - Emerging Technologies Center (ETC)

Mr. Davis’ responsibilities at ETC include planning, budgeting and administration; new client recruitment, including marketing and public relations; and, direct business assistance to client companies. Prior to joining ETC, Mr. Davis had hands-on management experience in domestic and international settings with large and small publicly-owned firms in which he had responsibilities for marketing and sales, operations, business development and an ISO 9001:2000 quality program. His business development responsibilities included both start-ups and acquisitions. He has held a variety of senior management positions with Browning-Ferris Industries and Environmental Elements Corporation. Mr. Davis graduated from Lafayette College in 1975 with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and from the University of Maryland in 1981 with an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Finance. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland and serves on the Advisory Board of Johns Hopkins University’s part-time Environmental Engineering Graduate Program.

    Dr. Eugene M. Deloatch - Morgan State University

Dr. Deloatch serves the roles of Dean and Full Professor of the Clarence M. Mitchell Jr. School of Engineering at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to beginning his service at Morgan, Dr. DeLoatch completed twenty-four years of affiliation with Howard University in Washington, D.C. His last assignment there was Chairman of the Department of Electrical Engineering for a period of nine years. The holder of B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, he also holds a M.S.E.E and an earned doctorate in Bioengineering. In recognition toward many years of service to engineering education, Dr. DeLoatch was awarded Honorary Doctorates by Lafay ette College (PA) in 1988 and by Binghamton University (NY) in 2004.

    Florence Dessources - The Ayco Company

Florence is Vice President of Financial Counseling at The Ayco Company, where she assists her high net worth clients with investment, retirement, tax, insurance and estate planning. Florence has been with the Ayco Company for nine years. Florence Dessources attended the State University of New York at Binghamton and St. John's University School of Law where she obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) in 1997.
